PHP has encountered an Access Violation

Normally if you see that error it does not last for long so give it a little time and it will come back.

That's an occasional error, nothing to worry about. It usually doesn't last long. Just refresh your browser and it should clear.

Anything lasting longer than 15-20 minutes straight should be reported.
